Pacific Marine to Port Renfrew and Back

Sunday August 10th - meet at West Shawnigan Lake Provincial Park

Driver's meeting: 9:15am
Depart WSLPP: 9:30am
Lunch at Refrew Pub (est): 11:45am
Return to The Oak Taphouse (est.): 2:30pm

The drive will be to Port Renfrew and back, ending at The Oak Taphouse in Duncan.

Starting location is the parking lot at West Shawnigan Lake Provincial Park, with the mandatory driver's safety meeting at 9:15am.

We will depart at 9:30a.m., aiming to arrive at the Renfrew Pub in Port Renfrew before noon for a no-host (participant-paid) lunch. Seating at the Renfrew Pub is on a first-come, first-served basis.

"The Group" will run a few backroads via Duncan and Lake Cowichan to Port Renfrew. After lunch we will return towards Duncan, ending in the parking lot at The Oak Taphouse (3287 Cowichan Lake Rd.)

The drive officially ends at roughly 2:30pm (dependent on traffic) in the Oak Taphouse parking lot. Post-drive activities are not organized, led, or sanctioned by the VIRPCA.
